Carefully pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bulbs, components, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
